2. Equity

Raising equity is a very complex process and can be detrimental for the business if not structured correctly. Equity comes in many forms and working with Roscap will ensure it is appropriately structured to meet the needs of both the Sponsor and Investor.
 

Real estate private equity is typically deployed by private family offices as well as institutional funds, each have their own security and return requirements. A special focus is required to make sure the profit distributions can be supported by the margins in the underlying property project.
